their kitchen a real selling point when it is time to sell.
The kitchen does not need to be state-of-the-art
to be more saleable and attractive. The first step toward changing your kitchen's appeal is a
deep cleaning. This includes the walls, cabinetry (inside and out), flooring,
and appliances. Keep the counter-tops as clear as possible of small appliances
and trinkets. Consider low-cost fix ups which can make a big difference,
such as a coat of paint, fresh wallpaper (or removal), or new floor coverings. Be sure to keep
the kitchen shining when the house is being shown to buyers and other agents. Make sure to keep the inside of the refridgerator clean as well! You'll be rewarded for your efforts in the end!
